A philosophy that stands out the national product processes that we apply: quality control, hygienic and sanitary check of the olives with the continuing cold system (gramolatura paritaria), the olive separation and stocking into hermetic environments. Also we apply rigid discipline standards of the three year OP Conasco program (Reg. CE 2080/05). Its implementation happens through technical assistance from qualified people during the entire year. Moreover, the Conasco track down system (www.2080.conasco.it) that we adhere at, it has been recently certified ISO 22005: 2008.
